Shipping policy

At Friends Beaming Joy, all products are lovingly prepared and shipped from Thailand.

Each item is either ready-made or made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

We currently ship worldwide, including the U.S., Europe, Australia, and Asia.

Thailand: 2–5 business days
Asia: 7–14 business days
Europe / USA / Australia: 10–21 business days

(Delays may occur during holidays or due to customs.)

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your package is on the way.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
